abrazo.life puts every milonga, class and teacher in your city in one place. When a dancer wonders where to dance tonight, or someone wants to start tango, your milonga and your classes are right there. A stronger community means fuller rooms for you and everyone around you.
We are opening city by city, and we want to reward the teachers and organizers who open their city with us. Every sign-up through your link adds credit to your balance, and more once they start using abrazo.life.

How much you earn
You earn when someone signs up through your link, and again when they become an active user. The fewer users your city has, the more each one is worth, so the earliest founders earn the most.

What makes someone an active user?
Someone who keeps coming back, not someone who signed up. They count as active once they have done something in at least 3 different weeks out of the last 8 — booked a class or a private lesson, bought a ticket, reserved a table, said they are going to a milonga, or joined a course. Five things in one evening is one evening: coming back over several weeks is what makes a user active.
Why is credit for a sign-up held?
A sign-up on its own is a name on a list. The credit for it becomes yours the moment that dancer actually uses abrazo.life — books a class, buys a ticket, or says they are going to a milonga — and lapses after 60 days if they never do. Credit for an active user is yours straight away. It is why the rate is worth what it is: we would rather pay well for twenty dancers who stay than a little for a thousand who never come back.
When does credit reach my balance?
The moment someone signs up through your link it is added, held. It becomes spendable once that dancer uses abrazo.life, and lapses after 60 days if they never do. Credit for an active user is spendable straight away.
What are the ad campaigns?
Paid ads we run pointing to your own page, with your own photos. They are paid from our budget, not yours.
Who decides who gets a place?
A person on our team reads every request.
