Astria is a kind and generous teacher willing to go the extra mile to explain things differently when something does not click immediately. I can highly recommend her technique classes that will pay dividends when applied regularly over time. Also be afraid if she proposes a 'light' warmup ;)

Astria is an exceptional dancer and a great teacher who knows how to explain the most intricate little details of tango with ease. She is kind, funny, attentive; I highly recommend her!

I have participated in several tango technique classes for followers given by Sarita. For me, her classes have been the most useful of all the various technique classes that I have followed during my years of dancing! She explains the mouvements clearly and in detail. At the same time, her instructions are pragmatic and easy to execute and retain. I can warmly recommend her for both collective and private classes!

I’ve been taking classes with her for close to a year now, and the amount of knowledge and experience she has in tango is impressive. What I really appreciate is how she can explain the same concept in many different ways until it finally clicks for the person she’s teaching, and not just explain how to do something once and move on. The amount of moves she knows is wild, and she’s truly attentive to the person she’s teaching.
